Teejai Searle

Teejai joined Gibson & Brennan in March 2026 as our Lettings Apprentice, and it became clear very quickly that she has an incredibly bright future in the property industry.

Despite being at the beginning of her estate agency career, Teejai has an exceptional ability to absorb information and is constantly looking to learn more. That has been particularly impressive in the world of lettings, where legislation and regulations can be something of a minefield!

Her thirst for knowledge, attention to detail and genuine passion for the industry mean she is developing an understanding of lettings far beyond what you might expect from someone relatively new to the profession – and she’s certainly keeping Mickey on his toes!

Born and bred in Basildon, Teejai also brings excellent local knowledge to the team. She knows the area, understands the communities within it and is excited to build her career helping local landlords and tenants.

Just as importantly, Teejai is a natural with people. Clients love her relaxed but professional approach, and she has a great ability to make people feel comfortable while still making sure things are dealt with properly and efficiently.

We have absolutely no doubt that Teejai is going to be a superstar in the industry, and we're excited to watch her career develop as she plays an increasingly important role in the growth of Gibson & Brennan Lettings.

Outside of work, Teejai likes to keep active and you'll often find her down at David Lloyd. She loves football and running, but is equally happy spending time with her friends.
