Bonita Green

Bonita joined Gibson & Brennan in March 2025 as an Apprentice and quickly made a huge impression on both the team and our clients.

She recently completed her apprenticeship with a Distinction, a fantastic achievement that reflects the effort, determination and enthusiasm she has shown since joining us.

Although Bonita is relatively new to the industry, you would never know it. Her confidence, knowledge and natural ability with people have developed incredibly quickly, and she has already become a firm favourite with many of our clients.

Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and she genuinely cares about helping people through their move. Whether she’s arranging viewings, speaking with buyers, negotiating offers or simply keeping someone updated, Bonita will always go the extra mile to make sure people feel looked after.

She has a real passion for property and is constantly looking to learn, improve and take on more responsibility. Combined with her warm personality and determination to get the best result possible, it makes her a brilliant example of what we want Gibson & Brennan to be about – knowledgeable, hardworking and refreshingly approachable.

Bonita has also recently experienced the buying process from the other side, having completed on her very first home in Langdon Hills. So she knows first-hand just how exciting – and sometimes nerve-racking – buying a property can be!

Outside of work, Bonita has plenty to keep her busy, with interests including ice skating and playing the piano – although becoming a homeowner may well have added DIY to that list too!
