George Plant

George joined Gibson & Brennan at the beginning of 2026, having spent the previous three years working for other estate agents locally. It didn't take long for him – or us – to realise that he'd found the right place to call home.

As one of our Property Valuers, George loves nothing more than meeting homeowners, getting to know their property and helping them put together the right strategy to achieve the best possible result.

For George, a valuation isn't simply about turning up and giving someone a number. He genuinely cares about understanding why someone is moving, what they want to achieve and how we can help them get there.

He's passionate about property marketing and enjoys looking at the whole picture – from pricing and presentation to launch strategy, photography and how best to position a home to attract the right buyers.

Most importantly, George will always give his honest opinion. He'd much rather have a straightforward conversation about price or strategy than tell someone what they want to hear simply to win an instruction. That honesty, combined with his knowledge and genuine desire to help, means sellers know the advice they're getting is given with their best interests at heart.

Clients also quickly discover George's sense of humour. He's one of life's genuinely nice guys – approachable, down-to-earth and very difficult not to like – which makes what can sometimes feel like a daunting appointment much more relaxed.

Outside of estate agency, George is a big West Ham fan and loves spending time with his partner and their dog, Charlie.
