He went above and beyond to get everyone in the chain ready for exchange and we wouldn't have gotten our house if it wasn't for him. Outstanding service & support from Gibson & Brennan in buying our first ever property, full marks from us. My partner & I were a little nervous in searching for our first house we see a lovely little bungalow on Rightmove we got in touch with Jake he set up a viewing for that evening. We absolutely loved it the moment we viewed the bungalow it had a lovely warm vibe about it and we knew it was the one so jake moving fast helped us to put an offer forward to the vendor & the same day the vendor accepted. The next day the property was taken of the market to potentially be ours. With great help from jake & his team within 3 months of viewing we moved until our new home one day before I went into Labour with my little girl talk about cutting it fine but if it wasn’t for Jake’s continued determination to speed things up & excellent communication with solicitors & the vendor we wouldn’t of moved in as fast as we did we are so grateful for the excellent service we received at such a busy time and for making the journey smooth in buying our first ever property . 3 months on from moving in jake has been in touch to see how we are settling in our new family home. Excellent advice & service! I made an enquiry for a properly on rightmove and got a call back shortly after from Mickey. I was absolutely surprised by his outstanding service, honesty and transparency! Mickey took the time to explain and share so much crucial info from a investors perspective which I had very little knowledge of. I could just feel he was so genuine and helpful irrespective of whether I purchase from him or not, yet so friendly and calm! I honestly can’t believe people like him still exist, especially in this industry. Believe me I’ve dealt with so many agents lately & most of them are literally on the phone for 2 mins grabbing details and budget, no real insight or advice on where to invest, how to or anything. Whereas, we were on the phone for sometime and even guided me about tools available online and then even emailed me the links too!
